International Quality Management for EC Bank

First Bank in Macedonia with certificates for quality ISO 9001:2000 and Information Security Management System ISO 27001:2005

During 2005, the Bank introduced the International Quality Management System EN ISO 9001:2000 thus becoming the first bank in Macedonia certified with International Quality Management.

The project for introducing the ISO standard was implemented in a period of about ten months, while the certification was carried out by SGS Great Britain Ltd.

At the end of 2006, the Bank introduced the prestigious ISO Standard for Information Security Management ISO 27001:2005, thus becoming one of the few banks in South-eastern Europe that have incorporated this certificate.
