• No personalization provision for principal or additional card
• Withdrawal of cash at ATM of EX Bank without provision
• Withdrawal of cash at cash desks at EX Bank without provision
• Withdrawal of cash at other banks ATM’s – 2 % or min.120,00 MKD
• PIN Reissue - 100,00 MKD
• Replacement of cards (lost, stolen, damaged)- 300,00 MKD
• Fee for urgent personalization of a card - 600,00 МКД
• Fee for complaint without foundation -600,00 МКД
• Blockage of card – no provision
• De -blockage of card -60,00 MKD
